At the beginning of a project South West ICT seeks to understand a businesses current processes and the business issues they wish to address with their CRM strategy.

During this stage of an implementation the emphasis is on the following key areas:

The number of days consultancy required depends on the relative complexity and scope of an implementation but typically this stage lasts between 3 and 10 days and consists of 1 or 2 workshops where all key stakeholders come together to outline the strategy, aims and objectives for the project.
