Technical
support is provided on- and off-site to ensure its
customers CRM system runs smoothly and its users
receive a professional and courteous service.
Office hours are 9AM-5:30PM GMT Monday to Friday
and there is a 24 hour, 7 days a week secure website
where issues can be logged and tracked.
Where South West ICT provides a CRM system which
is hosted on its own web servers, it covers the
routine backing up (and recovery if necessary).
In the event of a breakdown in service a full service
level agreement can be put in place which provides
a guaranteed uptime to protect customers.
