CRM and online donation handling software provider SouthwestCRM has today become Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising further reinforcing it's commitment to supporting the marketing activities of nonprofits and charities.
SouthwestCRM's Hedron4 solution is being offered to members of the Institute who are looking to grow their community of members and create a mechanism to build closer more vibrant relationships.
Hedron4 is a flexible software system built using standard "best-in-class" Open Source based solutions. The Best-in-class CRM component is based on the World's largest Open Source CRM system, SugarCRM, which provides member profiling, segmentation and email marketing capabilities for staff members. Hedron4 takes this leading CRM solution and seamlessly connects it to the best-in-class Web Content Management System, Joomla!, which provides a community building website, event registration solution, bulletin board and discussion forum.
Hedron4 is a complete solution for charities providing a 360 degree solution that comprises donation processing, subscriptions management and full reporting.
"Being an Open Source based solution, charities have a low cost solution that can be further developed to each charities exacting needs" says Simon Leek, Managing Director of SouthwestCRM. "Moreover, It is an Open Source solution that is fully supported by our specialist team in the UK".
Product purchasing options are modular which means that a charity can opt to buy only the parts of Hedron4 they need. For example a charity might opt for the Hedron4 CRM solution hosted in the "cloud" and add the web components later.
"We are delighted to be accepted as a Corporate Member of the Institute and we look forward to helping its members build their online communities and donation income" says Simon.
