iPhone, Outlook and info@hand Synchronization

This document describes how to share your info@hand CRM Calendar with Microsoft Outlook and your Apple iPhone.  The three different systems will use Google Calendar as a repository for sending and receiving Calendar updates.  When this is set up, any calendar item you add to any of the three devices will be displayed, and be updateable, from the other devices.

Contacts are also synchronised between info@hand, Google and the iPhone (but not Outlook).
